I could not be happier with the service I received from Tony and Jessica at Roof Royale. We recently discovered that our dryer vent duct was clogged and when the guy who was going to clean our vent came out, he said he couldn't clean the vent because it had the wrong type cap on the vent's exit on the roof. I contacted Roof Royale and not only did they quickly and easily install the correct vent hood for a dryer duct vent, but they also did the dryer vent duct cleaning and corrected a couple of small imperfections in the shingles on one edge of the roof. Very impressed with their work and their prices were very reasonable. Also, I learned from talking to them that they are able to provide a lot of services than just installing and repairing roofs. Tony can do mold remediation, home inspections, and is a licensed realtor. So if you need roof repair, installation, replacement of roof vents (especially those plastic ones that will deteriorate over time), or advice on any exterior home repair give Roof Royale a call, if they can't do it, they can probably point you to someone who can. And if you want to sell your house and don't have a realtor, give Tony at Roof Royale a call.

Tyler came out and knocked on my door one afternoon. He said he would give me a free inspection and estimates. I was hesitant at first due to having other companies come and do similar only to quote exorbitantly high prices. He completed the inspection and had plenty of photos to explain everything he found, anything that looked odd, and gave me options based on his thoughts. Even if he looks young, he really knows his stuff. When he got back to me with the estimate, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were reasonable and within my budget. They didn't do any high-pressure sales tactics that other companies have done on me in the past and they let me take my time to make my decision. That was enough for me to feel comfortable and move forward with Roof Royale. One of the things that I liked most is that during this time, Tyler was here for most of the process. He stopped by to make sure the work was being done and he stayed around. He always was ready to answer any questions, and he gave updates when they were needed. We knew when materials would be delivered, what day work would start and an estimate on when things would be finished. All of it was on time, and the work done was exactly what we asked for. No hassles, smooth sailing. I greatly appreciate them, and I would recommend them to anyone who needed some work done on their roof.

5 stars! If I could give more I would. I would definitely recommend them. The Process from start to finish was great! They were very friendly and professional. Tony did my roof inspection and came out to meet the adjuster and explained the whole process to me as my insurance kept confusing me.
They had my roof installed in one day! Everything was clean when they left, you would've never thought they were there. Thanks again Roof Royale!

"This was such a good customer service experience."

I had a small leak in my daughter's closet after some heavy rains. Roof Royale came out and inspected my roof and Attic the same day I called, and said I see no damage on roof. He offered to come out the next time again and check the attic when it leaked To see where the leak was coming from. This was such a good customer service experience. I expected to hear how bad it was. He said it was just the deteriorating plastic pipe-jack because we got a 7 inches of rain. Took care of it that day and haven’t had a leak since. I love the fact that He was honestly not trying to say things was wrong when it wasn't. This is my new roofing company for the future. Integrity and honesty go a long way. Thank you.

It wasn’t just to get my money they showed me everything that was wrong and made sure to tell me what would happen and would occur if I didn’t fix the main problem.
